Policies/Procedures/Best Practices
In the near future, NAMC will begin looking for areas to develop procedures, policies and best practice documents for the following focus groups:
- Bailiffs/Security
- Clerks
- Court Administrators
- Court Referral Officers
- Defense Counsel / Public Defenders
- Magistrates
- Prosecutors
- Probation Officers
- Judges
Drafting teams will be formed so that members can participate in the development effort.
